[LTER-luq] EVFS rainfall data has been updated

Hi,
I have updated the EVFS rainfall data in:
http://luq.lternet.edu/data/luqmetadata14

Also, please see the attachments: one is a chart of yearly rainfall and another updates the drought data Jess sent by June 2015.
