[LTER-luq] Link for LUQ videos

Hi all -

We've been testing out a new site to host recordings of our monthly
meetings (and perhaps other videos in the future). We are still tweaking a
few things, but feel free to check it out and give us your feedback.

You should not need to create an account in order to simply view videos
(Right now we are having issues creating new accounts, so if you do want to
sign up to stay updated, try it in a few days!)
