[LTER-luq] Published review for elevation gradient book

Dear All,

As an attachment please find a review for the Ecological Bulletins elevation gradient book -- published in the journal frontiers of biogeography!!

I want to take this opportunity to once again thank all chapter authors for their contributions to the book!  Special congrats to Mike Willig, Bob Waide, Mike and Barbara Richardson, Ernesto Medina, Whendee Silver, Nancy Harris, Aaron Shiels (and co-authors) for the special mention on their individual chapters!!

I am extremely happy and pleased to see this collective effort receive such positive response - ours studies can provide many insights to tropical mountain ranges!  :)
