[LTER-luq] Annual report: Participants section

Hi all -

For those of you who need to submit an annual report (or have submitted one
already) I'm working on adding participants to the online annual report
form and I'm running into lots of missing info. For each participant, I
need:

1. Name
2. Email
3. Most senior project role (Faculty, researcher, grad student, etc)
4. Nearest person month worked - 160 hours = 1 person month. The form will
not allow me to just put <160 or >160, so I need a number between 1-12.
5. Contribution to project - Just a few words
6. Any non-LTER funding support

Sorry to add more to the list of things to do, but I'm getting long lists
of names of people I don't know, so I'm not able to fill in this
information on my own.
