[LTER-luq] Tropical Storm Warning in effect - 80% probability of Tropical Storm Force Winds, will track straight over us, maybe 5-8 inches of rain

Dear Jess et al.,

The center of Tropical Storm Erika reformed south of where it had been, in the middle of the convective storms and away from the northern wind-shear side.
The new position means it will track diagonally across PR, and come more or less straight over us (Bisley/Sabana) or just to the south of us (El Verde).
The estimated rainfall is 5-8 inches on the new track.
