[LTER-luq-pi] Regular meeting time

I am going to propose that we meet for MC and Monthly meetings at 1:15-2:30
on Thursdays.  It won't be every Thursday but most.  So, I propose the
first MC meeing in one week on the 8th and and the first Monthly Meeting on
the 15th.
