[LTER-luq-pi] Doodle poll for new MC dates

Hi everyone - Here is a doodle poll for the proposed changes to the MC
meeting schedule.

This poll is a little different. You will just need to select "Yes" or "no"
to indicate if you are available at the proposed dates and times. If
particular dates are bad for the group, we will then have to do further
polling to find a new date that works for everyone.

(There also is a (yes) option that seems to indicate "if need be," so just
chose the "yes" option without the parentheses).
