[LTER-luq-pi] New word cloud

The word cloud using the 2015 titles didn't come out very well - If I
removed all the words that only appeared one time, I was only left with
something like 8 words so it didn't look very good.

I've attached one I made from the 2013-2015 titles and I think it's more on
track! I played with the word list a little (combining totals for things
like "hurricane" and "hurricanes" into one count) and that helped.

I attached two different color schemes. The default looked a little
Jamaican to me, so I changed some of the colors! But if we ever want to use
these for anything, we can play around with the final colors, font, and
even the shape of the overall arrangement.
