Monthly Employees,

Due to the upcoming holiday, leave sheets reflecting time taken for the 
month of *_June_* will be due *​ by _Wednesday, July1^st by 4PM._* 
Please be reminded that ALL monthly employees who accrue any type of 
leave are required to submit a leave form, even if leave was not taken.

  Please be reminded that hard copies of leave sheets are still 
preferred and can be dropped off like normal in the drop boxes or to the 
front office personnel. IF you need to submit an electronic copy, please 
send the approved copy directly to the Biomain account so that it can 
printed and processed accordingly. For the Leave Sheets that are 
submitted electronically, you will NOT need to submit a hard copy.

Additionally, to try and conserve paper we have created a new monthly 
leave form that fits 2 months on one form. If you choose to use this new 
form “Monthly leave 2 in 1”-essentially you could enter your hours for 
one month but will need to print it and then hold on to the other half 
to be submitted for the following month and manually write in/add up 
your leave. For those of you who choose not to use this form, I have 
attached the normal monthly leave usage form as well.
