We are going to try Google Hangouts for this call. Saran is limited as to which technologies she can implement on her machine as she doesn't have the admin rights so many of us take for granted.

We'll send out a link a few minutes before the start time.

It seems the 'friday' call is a periodic thing, however, i do not see the event in a google calendar or email.  It would be great to send a reminder, or have the option to schedule through the calendar (as a repeating event, with a link to the hangout, or the gotomeeting).
