[LTER-im] EDI Unit Dictionary WG planning

I don't have an answer to doodle's time-zone inconsistencies. The best time
is shaping up to be Feb 9 at 2 PM PST (5 PM EST). I hope that works for
everyone. I do not have an account, that might be part of the problem -
suggestions for free doodle replacements are welcome!
