[LTER-im] REMINDER: December VEC approaching

The December Virtual Eggnog Cooler is coming soon, so please mark your calendars for this coming Monday, December 13 at 3pm ET/12pm Pacific.


At our meeting this month we'll be having an IMC holiday mixer in Zoom and Spatial Chat. Prepare yourselves to geek out with your colleagues discussing the past year, the year ahead, and just generally chill while "Jinglebell Rock" plays in a loop*.


Since the grinches in IMExec are organizing this, they'll be trying to impose their uptight structure on the party. So, expect to find

  *   An informal discussion room about site proposal renewals
  *   A place to discuss and make suggestions for VWCs and IMKE topics
  *   Some ways to provide feedback on your overall LTER IM experience, needs, and wishes for the future

But don't worry! In Spatial Chat we can still make a cheery, welcoming space even for people who don't want to talk about work all the time.
