[LTER-im] EDI Data Repository offline due to emergency network repairs...

Dear IM,

Just a quick note letting you know that the University of New Mexico is
performing emergency network repairs. As such, the EDI data repository is
currently offline. UNM's expectation is that all services will be back
online and available by 12:00PM MDT. We will keep you informed as to any
changes to this ETA. Our apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.
