[LTER-im] LTER branding in ESIP & ESA virtual meetings

Good morning,

As the ESIP opening plenary is underway, IM Exec would like to remind everyone to consider changing your Zoom name to include your LTER site to identify and promote the LTER brand. For example, “Renée F. Brown - MCM LTER” or “Renée F. Brown (MCM LTER)”. 

The easiest way to do this on a computer is to find yourself in the participants list, hover over your name to see the “more” button, and then click “rename.” I think you may have to do this each time, but if anyone knows a better way, please share with the group.
