[LTER-im] PASTA+ maintenance to improve performance...

Dear IM,

We are aware that the performance of uploading and evaluating data packages
continues to be a problem after our recent operating system upgrade. We
have isolated this issue to one of our production servers and are planning
to migrate services to a new server. Doing so will require us to place
PASTA+ in an offline state while we migrate the system. We are planning to
perform this task during the afternoon of Friday 3 May at 3:00pm MDT. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you.
