[LTER-im] old journal articles listed in current NSF annual report

Dear IM group,
One of the true joys of being an Information Manager is preparing the NSF annual report.  As a pseudo-courtesy, NSF imports the previous year's annual report information.  After uploading a BibTeX file, all of the previous year's journal articles that were uploaded to the NSF-Public Access Repository are still included in the products section.  I can't figure out a way of removing them from this year's annual report.  Is there a way to do this, or have any of you just included them with your current year's report?
