[LTER-im] LTER DataONE Member Node upgrade...

Dear IM,

The Environmental Data Initiative, supported by DataONE, will be upgrading
the LTER DataONE Member Node from version 2 to version 3 of the Generic
Member Node beginning today (Monday 17 September) and through the remainder
of this week. This upgrade will coincide with an operating system migration
from Ubuntu 14.04 to 18.04. As such, data package synchronization with
DataONE will be turned off during this week, but any data package submitted
to PASTA will be synchronized once the Member Node services are restored.
Also, data access from DataONE will be operational for most of the week,
with interruption only when transferring service to the new server. Note
that EDI/PASTA services are not affected by this event. We apologize for
any inconvenience this may cause.
