[LTER-im] Google Maps API to require credit card?

Hi;

At the IM meeting, John suggested that a debit card would be accepted.  I
got a pre-paid debit card and tried it out, but unfortunately, pre-pard
debits cards aren't accepted.

Leaflet sounds like a good solution.
