[LTER-im] Travel costs estimates for the request due today

Gastil and all,
ESIP registration covers breakfast, lunch, snacks and one dinner so the per diems are high. Plus EDI is looking for cost share, so not sure they'd entertain full fare at that level. Fair warning.
