Greetings LTER Information Managers, Affiliates and Friends,

Many things are in motion to prepare for our annual IMC meeting so I wanted
to pass on some info and to request some feedback.

We have started a web page for the meeting that should eventually develop
to be your go-to for anything the meeting has in store.

With that, I have created a google drive folder where we can keep all the
travel and logistics information.  This is on the meeting website but here
is the link to access the drive (everyone with this link can edit the
resources so feel free to contribute here):

We also need to get an idea who plans to attend the meeting so I would like
to get at least one response from each site to the following doodle poll.
Also, if it looks like you can not attend in person, please let us know how
you want to participate in IMC activities this year (there are 2 positions
opening up on IMEXEC this year...FYI..nudge...wink).

In the logistics drive there is a spreadsheet you can add your travel
information so we can better facilitate group accommodations.  Please get
in touch with me with any questions or to join in the planning activities.
