[LTER-im] UNM networking instability...

Dear IM,

UNM is experiencing networking instability (10/30/15), and therefore, PASTA
may or may not be reachable. The current notice (http://it.unm.edu/alerts)
indicates this instability may persist into the afternoon. I would avoid
uploading new content into PASTA until UNM corrects this issue. We
apologize for any inconvenience.
