Hi Folks -

I'm getting a lot of requests (3-4 per day) from graduate students for
login credentials that already have accounts. Most of them have never
logged in however so I have to track down their initial welcome letter
and log them in and then enter their email in the password change
request.

Please impress upon your new entries to follow through with the login
as requested in the welcome letter.
