[LTER-im-rep] personnel lists

Dear LTER IM Reps--

I have about half of the personnel lists in now and they are mostly
uploading fine. Many thanks to those who have submitted already.

The sooner I can get lists from the rest of you, the sooner I can make the
switch on the website so that only current members will be displayed. If I
do it before I have your info in, your site will appear with NO members.

I have noted a few things to be cautious about:

1) Beware usernames with illegal characters (spaces and accented
characters). (Decimal points and hyphens are legal.) At some point in the
past these were entered, so they exist in the LDAP, but it rejects them as
new entries. It will make my life easier if you can move them to the bottom
of the list.

2) Keep an eye out for users with multiple site affiliations. You are more
likely to know about these than I am. If you know a user is affiliated with
a different site, please include that site's acronym in the site field,
using a pipe symbol to separate them. (SBC | MCR, for example).

I plan to "throw the switch" on the web site display around the end of this
week. If you cannot get me all your information by then, please try to send
a list of your current members.  FormerMembers, duplicates, and blanks will
all result in hidden users.
