[LTER-hbr_grad] Cooperator's meeting deadline

Hi all,

I wanted to echo Pamela’s reminder that the deadline to register for presenting at this year’s Hubbard Brook Cooperator’s Meeting is this Friday (June 7). Please encourage any REUs you might have working with you to register as well! There are 3 options for presentations: 2 minutes, 1 slide (“lightning”—maybe better for preliminary work or mid-progress REU work), 5 minute talks (3 minutes with 2 minutes for questions), and 10 minute talks (8 minutes with 2 minutes for questions).

Also, just to put it on your radar, there will be a new event preceding the meeting: “The Moss Storytelling Hour”, which is an informal storytelling event for the Hubbard Brook community.

Big thanks to all who participated in the midterm review—I think everyone was impressed at the graduate student turnout, and excited about the diverse research presented at the poster session.
