Outreach and Education Update

  *   Anthea Lavallee gave a general presentation about Hubbard Brook to the House Committee on Agriculture and Forestry at the Vermont Statehouse on May 9. Later in the month, she presented at the Northern Woodlands annual board meeting in support of their collaboration with Hubbard Brook.

  *   Scott and Amey Bailey gave a tour of Hubbard Brook to a joint group representing the Pemigewasset River Local Advisory Committee and the Conservation Commissions of Thornton and Campton on May 27.

  *   On June 4, collaborators from HBRF, Dartmouth College, and the Tuck School of Business will hold a roundtable discussion of the emerging climate and clean water economy in the Northern Forest.
