[LTER-hbr-im] Temp metadata edit

Hi Mary,
I'm working with some data about HB temperature data for Lindsey. The metadata for the dataset (linked below) has the same description for the MIN, MAX, and AVE columns. I assume they're self-explanatory, and the AVE columns looks to be a simple average between MIN and MAX, but it might be good to update the descriptions. It was super easy to download using the R code and start working with it!
