For reference, here is what we have in the report thus far:

Please send me your suggestions or changes.

For the question to council - where are we getting stuck these days? What are our stumbling blocks? When we have great ideas but can't seem to implement them, what challenge prevents success? What would help us be more effective in cross-site efforts? What do we need in order to make progress? (Other than money, unless you can help me make a specific $ request/justification...)

Thanks!
Cora

Subject: [LTER-education] Edu Question for Science Council Meeting

Dear EOC,
This year, in addition to our usual annual report (like those seen here<https://lternet.edu/?taxonomy=document-types&term=education-committee>), we have the opportunity to identify a question or a problem on which to receive feedback from the Science Council. We (the co-chairs) would like to hear from you on what you think is our most pressing issue for Science Council input.

Our annual report will reflect our guest speakers (networking + resources), our working group activities, including proposals submitted, and our effort toward cross-site coordination. The latter will focus on REUs, RETs, Data Jams, and perhaps Data Nugget development.
Please let me know today if you are aware of additional activities that you think we should commend in the report.

Thanks, and apologies for the tight timeline.

Cora
