[LTER-education] EOC meeting next week!

We've just started doing this for the overall site materials (in a PI
Google drive). For now, I'd suggest doing the same thing on the education
Google drive. Then we can take a look at whether it makes sense to host
them on the website.

We'd need to think about who the audience is and how they woukd find them
there.
 I will have to miss Thursday's meeting, but Kristen will join you all.
