[LTER-education] Luquillo Server is Down

Thanks for the update, Steven. I've been wondering how you all fared - it
sounds like the devastation is unimaginable down there. I hope that Noelia
and the other team members who haven't checked in are all okay and that you
hear from them soon. Buildings can be replaced (at least in theory) but
people are much harder! Let us know how the rest of us in the network can
support Luquillo as you recover!
