Hi LTER diversity folks,
I thought that the DEAI resource page on Tyson's site might prove of interest to some of you, both in form and contents.
I met Susan at the OBFS meeting last week and was interested in learning more about their plans to establish a model of an actively anti-racist field station.

See the link in Susan's original email.

Regards,
Cora

Subject: Anti-racist field station follow up

Hi Cora,

Thanks for connecting last week during OBFS. I’m following up about our work to try to make Tyson Research Center an anti-racist field station. We have recently released our commitment to social justice here: https://tyson.wustl.edu/deai and it might be a good place to start because it articulates our previous steps and way forward. I am completely transparent about our struggles and would be happy to talk sometime.

Regards,
Susan
