[LTER-cdb_admin] ClimDB Problems

Sorry I missed this. If you haven't fixed it yet, I'm guessing it's an
Apache redirect/rewrite rule that needs to be updated on climhy.lternet.edu
(129.24.124.216). I don't have access to that server.
