[LTER-cdb_admin] fatal error while uploading ClimHy data - NWT

Hi,
I received the attached information (screen shot) when trying to upload 
both climdb.txt and hydrodb.txt files from NWT's upload subdirectory - 
http://niwotlter.colorado.edu/ClimHy/. The fatal error message doesn't 
contain specific information about what is wrong with the upload files, 
and when I examined them in the "harvested data" and "prepared data" 
links they looked as expected. Can you let me know what the problems is?
