Greetings all -

I wanted to pass along an exciting opportunity that I thought might be
particularly exciting to LTER scientists.

University of Minnesota is hiring a new Director for the Itasca
Biological Station (tenure home to be determined).

The Itasca Biological Station is an amazing place that was established
over 100 years ago on Lake Itasca, the headwaters of the Mississippi
River. The station also has a gorgeous new lab and meeting building, the
Itasca Biome Center.

Questions regarding this position should be directed to John Ward
(jward at umn.edu).

Best,

Eric
