The FINAL DEADLINE to submit Working Group requests and Poster Abstracts
for the 2015 LTER All Scientists meeting is next week, Friday, July 31:

Please note that to submit Working Group requests or Poster abstracts,
an LTER/ASM account is required.  If you don't have an account, the
process of checking to see if you have an old account, and updating or
adding your information can take a day or two, so don't wait until the
last minute.

MOST IMPORTANT, note that Final Deadline for housing reservations at the
YMCA of the Rockies is NEXT Wednesday, July 29.  After this date on-site
housing can not be guaranteed . For those staying off-site, note that
the YMCA requires a $20 daily use fee.

The Early ASM Meeting Registration Deadline for the LTER ASM is Friday,
July 31.  On August 1, registration fees will increase from $50 to $75.
