<p>We are now advertising for the position of Science Education and Outreach Coordinator here at CSUMB. I am writing to ask for your help in advertising this position. This is a full-time, state funded position that includes a full benefits package and access to affordable campus housing.</p>

<p>The position will support science education, student success, and outreach components of several initiatives within the <span class="m_7820576220520890779m_-7815904688751977751gmail-m_8382462501000713797gmail-caps">CSUMB</span> College of Science. <p>The individual in this position will also supervise staff that include an administrative and outreach support specialist as well as, two graduate student assistants. </p>
</div>

<p>Education requirements are a Ph.D. in Science Education or Science (preferably ocean/marine science), or a Masters degree in these areas with at least two years of post-degree experience.</p>
</div>

<p>The priority screening deadline for this position is October 2nd, 2017 with an anticipated start date of Spring 2018.
