In the past, both Tina and I have served this role for MCM when we were students (the grad rep at the HJA when I was a grad rep became a professor at Penn State while I was there). Our most recent grad rep was Tyler Kohler - or rather, <i class="">Dr. Tyler Kohler</i>, now that he has defended his dissertation and finished up. Hence, we will need to replace Tyler as the MCM LTER student rep.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><u class="">This is a great opportunity for a student who might be a long-term LTER scientist, to become more engaged with the network and eventually steer the network someday</u>. The work load is not huge. The student reps are expected to meet at the ASM (once every 3 years), and I believe that they meet at ESA annually.
