I am writing to let you know about an opportunity to participate in a global effort to create best practices recommendations for terminologies representing observable properties (what is measured or observed in a dataset).<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">

<span><span>user</span></span> story is a short and simple description of an application which requires semantic descriptions of observable properties. It can be written from the perspective of a scientist, information manager, data center operator, etc.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
