<div class="">I’m writing to remind you about the COS meeting this summer on July 14 following the annual HBR cooperator’s meeting. All graduate students and post-docs are encouraged to attend!</div>

<div class="">We got a lot of great feedback from the recent survey about what you guys want to get out of the COS meeting. Two of the items of most interest were </div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class=""><b class="">1) A chance to present your research to the group of PIs</b></div>
<div class="">and</div>
<div class=""><b class="">2) Meetings with PIs in small groups to discuss various topics</b> (we will provide you with some ideas, but one of the potential topics is career advice)</div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">Based on this feedback, the morning half of the COS meeting on July 14 will be devoted to graduate students and post-docs, including <b class="">presentations from 6-10 people</b> on their research (results/possible directions and ideas for collaborations,
etc.). This will be a great chance to get targeted feedback from a smaller group of scientists than at the larger meeting. </div>
