<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Over the past several months, we have all witnessed how the recent pandemic and the tragic murders of our Black neighbors and fellow citizens have shown a very
bright light on the systemic racism and social inequities that exist in our country. We stand in solidarity with everyone working to dismantle these systems of oppression and lift up the voices of those telling their stories and challenging us to do and be
better.

we collectively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our work. More than a year has passed, and although we continue to move forward with the priorities we collectively identified, we realize more is needed to sustain and grow this community - especially
during this time when our communities are what bring and hold us together and provide us with a path forward.
