- Fully agree with Christina (and thanks for the link!). I can only speak for myself, but I suspect more broadly, I'm an ecologist who wants to help promote inclusion and equity, but not at all an expert on how to do this. Beyond populating this volunteer committee,
the Network should be seriously considering putting more resources to support training in this area for those interested. And yes right now a lot of people will feel more motivated to take advantage of a training opportunity. I'm sure those experts are in
high demand though!<br>

but I wonder if we could get an ADVANCEGeo workshop? I know there's one planned for ASM, but doing one now would just mean more folks receive the training. Just one idea. </div>
